Hello everyone!! Yay, we just finished our first class for this semester, last night was the final! Now, we only have two more finals to take and a couple projects to finish and this semester will be in the books!!! This last week was terribly busy, we had so much class work to do! But, thank the Lord this week is over!! We went to town today to get our weekly groceries! We had lunch at a new little coffee shop, called Rituals Coffee...it was amazing...I was soooooo impressed!! It was just like being in America at Starbucks...only they serve sandwiches too. It was unbelievable how nice it was...way better than most places here. In the past few weeks there has also been a new restaurant open here called New York Bagel...it is good as well. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner...lots of bagels(of course), sandwiches, rotisserie chicken, and nightly dinner specials. It is really exciting because they have soft serve ice cream and a fountain drink machine...two things we have never seen here!!
Last Friday we took a field trip with our Occupational Health class to the electrical company. The purpose of the trip was to observe their occupational safety. I took a few pictures...

Also, tonight as the sun went down and the moon came out there was a really pretty pink sky!
And don't forget...We will be home in less than 2 weeks!!! We can't wait!!
